零失敗!材料、做法超簡單的全素麵包,低糖、低脂當早餐好健康。 前陣子買的特價香蕉已熟透發黑,打成Smoothie也喝到膩了⋯⋯最近開伙都走偽素食者的路線,剛好在BBC Food上看到這款無蛋香蕉麵包,我改用全麥麵粉去做多了點風味,再加上Muesli的點綴,賣像跟滋味都不錯吶!下次要試試加黑糖或用椰油版本~ A light, low fat vegan bread, suit for breakfast or tea. Those banana I have got from the sale couple days ago, now could not be any ripper, but I felt sick to drinking banana smoothie everyday, so I tried to find a different way to get rid off them. Then I found this vegan bread from BBC Food, have changed the recipe to use Whole wheat flour, and use the muesli for ganash, actually it was easy to make and looks & tastes nice! Next time gonna try to use brown sugar and coconut oil.
