在Perth這座CBD可以靠雙腿從南到北走透透的小巧城市，Beaufort Street Festival算是相當熱鬧的年度盛事；從白天到黑夜，美食、音樂和藝文等活動免費放送non-stop！今年，我又再次跟著大夥到這封街派對迎接夏天～
For me, Beaufort Street Festival is like a sign of the coming summer, the first exciting event before the holiday season in Perth; from the day the night, food, music and art showing non-stop, and you know what? It's free!
Beaufort Street位於Perth City北方的Mt Lawley，街道兩側店家林立，除了各大連鎖餐廳還有許多精品服飾。長達1.5公里的街道範圍內共設立了6個舞台，集合35個品牌、超過100個攤位，提供目不暇給的餐飲、購物選擇，還有從大人到小孩都能盡興的免費娛樂活動。
除了主要舞台們有著各式各樣的精彩節目外，還有四散在各處的街頭藝人現場表演，讓我連續參加兩年都不覺得膩；而我們也意外的在Nandos門口看到這場超酷的蒙面鼓隊演出！
在主要道路拐個彎，走進巷弄、沐浴在陽光下的停車格成了戶外藝廊⋯⋯在創意市集撞見不同風格的作品，藝術家們即興而作，與精心佈置的攤位構成一幅畫布，讓我憶起簡單生活節的片草地。
逛累腳酸了嗎？Follow音樂來到台前，席地而坐放空吧⋯Beaufort Street Festival的六個舞台各有不同主題，就跟著眼前這些Assuie、不分老少一起隨音樂自在搖擺吧！不知覺天色已暗，晚上的街道仍有嚷嚷人聲，不過大多在要check ID的「管制區」裡！最後撇見的是這個由兩個藝術家battle的舞台，還有DJ一旁伺候，mix觀眾的視覺與聽覺。
Beaufort Street in Mount Lawley and Highgate, is one of Perth’s most distinctive urban places. The 2014 festival 1.5 Kilometres street including 6 stages, 35 brands and more than 100 stalls, no matter you are a family, a couple or alone were having fun.
There were not only the schedule shows on stages, but also the street performance hides everywhere; we were surprised by this amazing mask drummers right in front of Nandos!
Get away from the main street, walked down to the small lane, a parking lot with sunshine turned into an outdoor art gallery, reminds me the 'Simple Life Festival' back home. Tn the craft market, artist shows their creativity, became those lovely pictures with their beautiful stalls.
After feed your eyes and maybe your tummy, now it's time to feed your ears and soul! Let's come at sit in font of the main stage, or maybe stand up and swaying with the music with others! When the sun goes down, move to a bar or pub beside the street with your friends for the perfect ending of today.

This year's festival features an exciting and fresh collection of food, markets, live music, entertainment and interactive arts, set to be enjoyed community wide. Last year (2014) saw 160,000 attendees at the community driven event making it the largest single-day festival in Western Australia.
