Every year in Kyoto, the 22nd of October is the most busy day—because the one of the major festivals (Jidai Matsuri), and one of the eccentric festival (Kurama no Hi Matsuri) will held on this day. 在京都，每年的10月22日是個特別熱鬧的日子：因為京都三大祭之一的時代祭、和京都三大奇祭之一的鞍馬火祭都選在這一天舉行。

When I visited Kyoto in the summer 2013, immediately in love with this old city full of Japanese history. 零失敗！材料、做法超簡單的全素麵包，低糖、低脂當早餐好健康。 前陣子買的特價香蕉已熟透發黑，打成Smoothie也喝到膩了⋯⋯最近開伙都走偽素食者的路線，剛好在BBC Food上看到這款無蛋香蕉麵包，我改用全麥麵粉去做多了點風味，再加上Muesli的點綴，賣像跟滋味都不錯吶！下次要試試加黑糖或用椰油版本～ A light, low fat vegan bread, suit for breakfast or tea. Those banana I have got from the sale couple days ago,  now could not be any ripper, but I felt sick to drinking banana smoothie everyday, so I tried to find a different way to get rid off them. Then I found this vegan bread from BBC Food, have changed the recipe to use Whole wheat flour, and use the muesli for ganash, actually it was easy to make and looks & tastes nice! Next time gonna try to use brown sugar and coconut oil.

清冰箱的烘焙時間。新鮮蘋果丁搭配希臘優格與全麥麵粉，清爽健康又不過甜，熱熱的蛋糕好想佐一球香草冰淇淋啊！ 上週日在Subiaco Station Market收攤前的清倉拍賣，貪小便宜買了一袋十來顆的Pink Lady小蘋果（才一塊錢能不買嗎？）努力吃了幾天怕不早點解決它們會不新鮮，也想順便消耗用不完的植物油和全麥麵粉，於是動手做了個蛋糕用光這些食材。 Fresh apply with Greek yogurt and whole wheat flour, well balanced not too sweet; an ideal tea time cake with some ice cream!
